Focus flatbed printer electronic system trouble shooting
1. Check the general power supply, machine work by 220V voltage. Check if the working light is on, if not check the General power. Must be stable.

If the green light is on, means have 220V voltage. If not check 220V general power and converter.
2. When have 220V general power, check the next, the 220V power to the servo motor driver, LI, L2 are the 220V power in cable, if have 220V power in, but driver don¡¯t show any numbers, that means the driver is broken, if don¡¯t have 220V in, check 220V voltage.

3. If the driver can show numbers or can light, so go to the next step, check the 24 Power supply. Because the touch screen, the sensor, the PLC controller... are work with 24V voltage. Check if the power supply power lamp on and have 220V voltage in and 24V voltage out, if lamp don¡¯t light and don¡¯t have 24V voltage out, so means the 24V power supply have problem. Check the 220V power in or change the 24V power supply.

4. If the 24V power supply working well and have 24V come out. Then check the PLC controller. The PLC work with 24V voltage. Check if have 24V voltage supply in, there are two connector at the top bottom of the PLC, have marked ¡° 24V+, IN 24V- ¡±, if have 24V power, but PLC working lamp don¡¯t on, so that means the PLC is broken. If don¡¯t have 24V power in, check the 24V power supply, connectors and cables. Make sure don¡¯t have cable and connector loosen.

5. If the PLC work well, then go to the next, check all power supply cables, solid relay, 24V+, 24V-, 220V+, 220V- as following:
